We have included Iota High School as of Feb 04, 2006 in our Alumni Directories

Fill out the information in each section as requested. Then submit the form. You will receive a confirmation that the information has been sent.

Please enter N/A in any field that you don't wish to provide the information.
All submissions are sent via a form-to-mail request and is copy/pasted to the alumni directory.
Any errors are the result of incorrect submissions.

Please read: This is an alumni directory for your graduating class. Your listing should go under your class you graduated with. Multiple submissions at different schools are not accepted.

Complete the form below and after verifying your information, click submit below.

Graduation Year Required on ALL submissions/Changes or Deletes
(Submissions with missing graduation year cannot be posted to the directory)
(Graduation Year must be provided for requests for all changes)

    Select "Remove Entry" only if you want to permanently remove your listing from the directory.
  2. Select your School from the drop down list

    Full Name (Name is required on change info requests)
    Enter First Name / Last Name (This is the way it will appear in the Directory
    Maiden Name (Last Name Only)
    Spouse Name (First/Last Name - Optional)

    Currently Residing (City/State Only)
  2. Currently Employed as (Optional)

(Optional) If you no longer live in the area briefly describe how you ended up in the city/state your now in

 

  1. Quick Message to Classmates / Reunion Information or special instructions to the Administrator etc.


Important:  If your name does not appear in the directory within 48 hours or more it is because you submitted incomplete information. Please resubmit.
